Ms. Haberle served for 40 years as the Executive Director of The Council of Southeast Pennsylvania, Inc., a non-profit education advocacy association. For the past 20 years, Ms. Haberle served as the Project Director for the Pennsylvania Recovery Organization-Achieving Community Together (PRO-ACT), a grassroots advocacy initiative that promotes the rights of, and ensures opportunities for, those suffering from the disease of addiction, members of the recovery community, and their family members.
Ms. Haberle holds a Master’s degree in Human Services, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drugs Counselor, and a Certified Intervention Professional. Ms. Haberle is a past member of the Board of Directors for the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Inc. and currently sits on a number of boards and statewide drug and alcohol coalitions and committees, including serving as Vice Chairwoman for the National Board of Directors of Faces and Voices of Recovery.
Ms. Haberle is a person in long-term recovery (46 years) and has been an advocate on behalf of those addicted to alcohol and other drugs, as well as their families and the community at large for over 40 years.
