This workshop is for people who may become perplexed or anxious when attempting to intervene with individuals who engage in cutting and other self-inflicted harming behaviors. Informal research conducted with teenagers and young adults about potential meanings of self- harm will be presented, as well as ideas about managing and reducing self harming actions.
