Co-Learning Space: Peer Support Program Development (Monthly on 2nd Thursday)

Based on feedback and requests, we have developed a new monthly co-learning space for people involved in peer support program development. This is a space to come together and share strategies, frustrations, and support each other to strengthen peer support programs in Maine – including both Intentional Peer Support & Recovery Coaching programs as well as for both “clinical” leadership and peer support/recovery coaching leadership.

Schedule: Monthly, 2nd Thursday starting July 11th – from 9am-10:30am  

Audience: Individuals overseeing the program development of peer support programs, including both clinical and peer support leadership. Individuals must currently be in a role with the authority/decision-making power to develop programs.

Skills/Topics: Will be generated by the group. May include developing Organizational Charts, Budgets, Work Plans, Training Plans, Performance Measures, Feedback Mechanisms, Data Collection, Grant Writing, Team Culture, Strategic Partnerships, Visioning and Strategic Planning.
