Description

2021.10.08 | 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. | Case Studies: Ethical Considerations for Clinical Supervisors | 2 Contact Hours

How do I balance my roles as a clinical supervisor? How do I prioritize the demands of the agency (productivity and documentation), risk management issues, gatekeeping of the profession and client safety, and providing supervision that supports the growth and development of clinicians? In this workshop we will discuss case studies to explore ethical considerations for managing the multiple roles we serve as clinical supervisors, self-care as ethical issues, and the everyday ethical issues that arise in supervising.

What you will learn:

  • Develop at least one new approach to managing ethical issues in clinical supervision

You may also register for the initial optional training on October 1 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
