A presentation focused on educating and empowering pharmacists to submit accurate and timely data to the Maine PMP and participate in more meaningful ways with PMP data.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the legislative intent of Maine’s PMP.
- Understand the vital role dispensers play in a successful PMP system.
- Tips on accurate and timely data submission.
- How participating in the PMP promotes population health and helps ensure patient safety.

Kassondra Wilbur
Kassondra/Kassie Wilbur, CP: Originally from Connecticut and have been a Maine resident since 2017. My work with the State of Maine began in 2021 in the Office of Family Independence as an eligibility specialist administering MaineCare, SNAP, and TANF programs to the people of Maine. I have been with the Maine PMP team housed in the Office of Behavioral Health since May of 2024 as the PMP Pharmacy Compliance & Provider Outreach Coordinator. My educational background is in liberal arts and law with a BA in Women & Gender Studies and Political Philosophy from Syracuse University, am currently in law school at the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific and earned my paralegal certification from CLS Baribi. My work experience is primarily in healthcare data and social policy.
