- Learn tools to more effectively work with clients who fear mental health stigmatization.
How it Works
This course includes a two-part video presentation by Krista Hall, LCSW; followed by a quiz requiring a passing grade of 80% or higher. After completing the video lesson and quiz, you will be directed to a course evaluation. Once you have completed the evaluation, you will be able to download a .pdf certificate to get your course credit.

About the Presenter: Krista Hall, LCSW, is the Clinical and Program Development Director at Gateway Community Services. Krista has been with Gateway since 2016 and in this role has worked with and assessed hundreds of New Mainers to qualify them for services. Krista is originally from Bangor, ME and received her MSW at the University of Maine – Orono; she also carries a certificate in Advanced Clinical Supervision from Smith College. Outside of work, Krista enjoys going to concerts, reading, and being a cat mom.
Criteria for Successful Completion
100% Attendees required to participate and be present in the full duration of the learning activity and complete/submit an evaluation form. Partial credit will not be awarded.
Contact Hours Certificates will be issued upon completion of an online course evaluation. No partial credit will be given.
